Only one entry per person per organization is allowed, and participants must provide accurate and truthful information in their survey responses. Misleading or false information will invalidate their entry and will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including technical issues or errors. Any incentives or rewards offered are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. The sponsoring organization reserves the right to change, alter or terminate the survey and/or any incentives or rewards offered at any time without notice. By participating in the survey, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and will only be sent to the business email address provided in the survey once qualified and all other conditions are met. Sumillion Ltd and Dell Technology Group will not be responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, expired, or used without permission. Replacements in this instance will not be sent.
